Commission Structure*:
- 100% Commission On all Assurity banked loan products
- Most 100% plans come with a lot of strings attached. These strings may include monthly fees or per file fees - or even worse, both. We provide a true 100% commission structure on all banked loans. This includes any origination fees, YSP, etc. You retain 100% of the revenue.
- 80% Commission On all brokered loan products
- Assurity Financial Services understands that brokering loans is a necessity in this industry. We allow you to do business with any of our approved broker partners, and you have the ability add new broker partners to the list. We are committed to paying you the highest commission possible, even when you broker loans.
- 10 bps Recruiting Bonus on everyone you recruit to Assurity!
- You will receive a 10 bps override on 100% of the AFS banked loan production for everyone you recruit to AFS for your entire career with us. There are no limitations on number of people you may recruit, so you can create your own secure income stream for life!
- A true business opportunity to build something for yourself.
- Example: If you recruit 10 loan officers that produce just 2 AFS banked loans per month, assming an average loan amount of $250,000, you would receive a $60,000 commission override this year (on top of your normal production)!
